Dr. Blank’s interest in Naturopathic medicine began with research exploring traditional botanical medicine in Indonesia. While there, she studied medical ethnobotany and learned about an array of tropical plants used in the management of chronic conditions, in health promotion, disease prevention and treatment.
Since pursuing her Naturopathic medical doctorate, she has remained passionate about botanical medicine. She has also embraced many other modalities in practice, aiming to utilize the most effective, evidence-based medicine available. She implements individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Blank enjoys adventuring with her daughter in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaiian islands.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, camping and hiking with loved ones, and exploring Oregon. She enjoys learning, and spends time exploring new treatment techniques to better help her patients. Her goal is to teach patients their own ways to combat their pain, so they won’t need her anymore.
Unlike other primary care doctors that are rushing to get to the next patient, you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and explore your health options thoroughly. Dr. Lupin is here to listen to your concerns and work collaboratively to improve your mental and physical wellness.
While Dr. Lupin is trained in many forms of natural healing and body work, her life’s passion has been working with plants as medicine. She brings over twenty years of clinical experience creating herbal medicine formulas that address each patient’s unique health needs.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Lupin enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and playing in her garden.
Mandi believes our physical and emotional health are benefited by a harmonious approach,
trusting the intelligence of the body to heal itself with help from acupuncture, herbs and a
healthy lifestyle. She believes her role is to assist her patients’ body in their own inherent
healing processes through the use of Acupuncture, Herbs, Cupping, Tui Na (Chinese Massage), Guasha, Moxa, Nutrition, Movement and Medical Qi Gong.
Mandi originally discovered Acupuncture to help her dog through physical ailments. Once she tried acupuncture for herself, a new world opened for that she didn’t knew existed. While she continues to learn and grow as a practitioner, she enjoys treating stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, physical pain and injuries, digestive issues and Women’s health (menstruation, perimenopause, menopause).
During her free time, Mandi enjoys physical movement through yoga, walking on a slackline, trying something she’s never done before, eating healthy food, learning about the city, and hanging with her feline friend.
